Terms and Conditions of Blossom by L

1. Appointments and Cancellations:

 1.1. All services at Blossom by L are by appointment only.

 1.2. To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

 1.3. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

2. Health and Safety:

 2.1. Please inform your technician of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities you may have prior to your appointment.

 2.2. We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure your safety. All tools and equipment used are properly sterilized and disinfected.

 2.3. In the event of an open wound, infection, or contagious condition, we reserve the right to refuse service in the best interest of your health and the health of others.

3. Payment and Pricing:

 3.1. Payment for services rendered is due at the end of your appointment.

 3.2. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as indicated at Blossom by L.

 3.3. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to our current price list or consult with your technician for the most accurate pricing information.

4. Satisfaction and Revisions:

 4.1. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address any concerns or make appropriate revisions.

 4.2. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, but we may provide alternative solutions or complimentary touch-ups at the discretion of Blossom by L.

5. Liability:

 5.1. Blossom by L and its staff are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your visit.

 5.2. We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the use of products during or after your appointment.

6. Minors:

 6.1. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form before receiving any services at Blossom by L.

7. Confidentiality:

 7.1. We respect your privacy and will keep all personal information shared with us confidential, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

 8.1. Blossom by L reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website or in our spa.
